3. Click "Edit in the Profile field.
4. Enter and confirm your new email address.
5. Confirm the change via the email that will be sent to your new email address.

2. Click on My Account.
3. Click Edit in the Password field.
4. Change and confirm your new password.
Yes, you will have the option of using your Apple Pay account during checkout, directly in the cart, or on the product page itself. Simply click on the Apple Pay button on a compatible mobile device or the web in Safari and proceed through the checkout options.
Yes, you will have the option of using your PayPal account during checkout. Simply click on the PayPal button and proceed through the checkout options.

Yes, we use a tokenized system so no credit card information is stored in our systems.

At Fox, we offer three dirt bike helmet models. The sport-level V1, the race-level V2, and the pro-level V3 RS.

We currently do not offer free return shipping labels. Log in to your account view your order and access your label.
Once your package is received by our warehouse, it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

Standard Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 28 days of the order's receipt date. Items must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging with all original tags, and, if applicable, with the protective liner intact on swimwear and intimate clothing. Start a Return

Bell products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations, or if used other than the manner intended. You can cancel orders that haven't entered the fulfillment process yet. Please contact contact.uk@bellhelmets.com to cancel your order. Please include your order number and cancellation request in the email.
We, unfortunately, do not process any direct exchanges at this time—there is no exception to this process. If you would like to substitute any items, please return the item as stated in our Returns Section, then simply place a new order online for the items you would like as replacement.
You will receive an email 21-30 days after your purchase with a chance to review the items you have purchased, and you can also leave a review right on the product page, online.
To check the status of an existing order at any time, see our check order status page. You will need your order number, order email, and billing zip code.
Also, be sure to keep an eye on your inbox. You will receive two emails as your order journeys from us to your doorstep:
1. An order confirmation email confirming we received your order.
2. A shipping confirmation email once your goods are en route.
At this time, we do not match prices on any products. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to make any changes to an order after if it has been placed; however, if you contact us before the order has been processed, we may be able to cancel the order, allowing you to make a new order with the needed updates.
Orders received before 14:00 are processed immediately and shipped the same day. You can also check the status of your order here. All you will need is your order number, your order email and your billing postcode. Also, be sure to keep an eye on your inbox. You will receive two emails as your order arrives on your doorstep: 1. An order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. 2. A shipping confirmation email once the goods are on their way.
Once your returned package is received by our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Orders are processed and shipped, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day (see list of holidays below). Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process before it will ship. If choosing expedited shipping, order must be placed before 2pm PST to ensure order ships out same day. Bell provides free Standard Ground shipping on any Bell order over £169, 365 days a year. From time to time, we also offer Free Shipping specials.
Our website does not accept orders placed outside of Europe, orders placed with an international debit/credit card or orders that are billed and/or shipped outside of Europe. All 3 criteria must be met in order to process an order.
We currently do not ship to PO boxes in Europe.
We do not currently ship to APO in Europe.
Ground shipping is currently $8.99, 2-Day is $19.99, and Next Day is $29.99. These rates are for the Mainland United States only.

Orders received before 2:00 PM are processed immediately and shipped the same day.

Whoops, sorry about that! Things sell out fast sometimes, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the next big drop or restock. The best way to ensure that doesn't happen is to join our email list—that way, you'll be among the first to know when the new stuff hits the site.

There are currently four ways to get on the list:

1. Visit our join Fox page, or
2. Scroll to the bottom of our site and enter your email where it says SIGN UP, or
3. Subscribe via a site pop-up message, or
4. Opt-in to the mailing list during the order check out process.
We do not price match 3rd-party retailers' offers at this time.

If an item has gone on sale on foxracing.com or received a price change within 14 days of your purchase date, we will honor the price adjustment. Please email customerservice@foxracing.com with your order number to receive a price adjustment. For purchases made after a sale has ended, no price adjustments will be honored.

Purchases made in-store during online-only sales are not eligible for price adjustment, and vice versa. For information on our return policy please click here.

Bell does not currently offer back ordering.

MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) is designed to reduce rotational forces during angled impacts. Many Bell helmets are equipped with MIPS for added protection.

Helmets should be replaced every 3–5 years, or immediately after a crash or visible damage.

No. Painting or modifying your helmet may compromise its safety and void the warranty.

No. Pro Deal, Employee Purchase, and other special program orders do not qualify for free shipping.

For eGift Cards, you can check your eGift Card balance online at foxracing.com/gift-card-balance. The balance shown is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately after an online purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period.

In Store

Your Gift Cards balance can be checked by an associate in a Fox Racing store or by calling the number on the back of the card.

eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Fox is not responsible if a eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

Gift Cards and eGift Cards are nonrefundable. Once purchased, you may not return or cancel. Gift Card and eGift Card sales are final.
