CRANKWORX 2013 | BELL Riders collected tons of hardware in several events at this year’s Crankworx Whistler. This being the 10th year of the event, attendance was at an all-time high.
BELL rider Jill Kintner went 3 for 3 during the week winning the Gold Medal in the Air DH, Pump Track challenge and the Dual Slalom events. Winning the three events were enough to also earn Jill the title of the Queen of Crankworx. This all came just one week after winning the DH U.S. National Champs. This is great momentum for Jill going into the UCI World Champs in South Africa in 2 weeks.
Mik Hannah had a big week as well finishing in second place in the Air DH and the Canadian Open. Mik was sporting a brand new custom-painted Full 9. Designed by a fan, this helmet was the result of the hugely successful Blank Canvas contest BELL did in conjunction with Pinkbike.com.
The BELL backed La Pierre Team also clocked in a slew of podium finishes with riders Loic Brini, Sam Blenkensop, Loris Vergier and Emmaline Ragot.
