Domestic Shipping:
- Free ground shipping on orders over $100 to the contiguous 48 states only (Excludes Closeouts). Closeout items do not count toward free shipping total but may be shipped free if other items in cart exceed $100.00.
- Offer does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or any international orders processed through Bell Helmets.com.

- Free ground shipping is limited to standard UPS ground service only
- When ordering small items we may be able to place them in a padded envelope and ship US Mail. The charge will be the same but delivery is often faster. We will manually override this when the order is downloaded.
We ship UPS Ground for all orders within the United States, and ship UPS/USPS Priority Mail to all Military addresses, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Shipping rates will be the same we will decide on the better method when the order is processed. |

Your order confirmation (the one you receive at your email address after placing your order) will be reworked by our shipping department to the appropriate level of service based on where the package is being shipped. Currently, all orders are confirmed with UPS-Ground Shipment Level of Service to USA 48 contiguous states. If necessary, orders are manually modified to the appropriate level of service after receipt of your order. You will be notified via e-mail, and, if you approve the changes, the order will be shipped accordingly.
Shipping and Handling Important Information
Delivery of your order is very important to us. Our orders are shipped from our CA, USA warehouse by United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx and DHL. Occasionally, we may have to backorder a hard-to-find part. However, this is the exception. Please refer to shipping and handling charges applied towards helmet and accessory purchases for specific destinations. We have most items in stock and ready to ship within two days from receipt of your order. Some Closeout items may take longer to process as they will be shipped from another warehouse. Please be aware that UPS, Fedex and DHL does not consider Saturday or Sunday Regular Working Days. Orders placed from Alaska and Hawaii will be processed immediately.
